O Brooklyn Museum foi fundado em 1895 no estilo Beaux-Arts – design de McKim, Mead & White – fica localizado no Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, Nova Iorque e conta com mais de 1 milhão de objetos em exposição permanente com belíssimas pinturas dos séculos XVII – XIX.
